This permission covers usage across all current and future platforms, including but not limited to the TAFW online photo gallery, social media accounts, digital and printed publications, marketing materials, and video productions. 2. Liability Waiver and Indemnification: By submitting media, the transmitting party agrees to hold TAFW harmless against any and all legal claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from TAFW’s standard use of the content. This waiver limits the submitting party's right to pursue litigation or seek financial compensation for the publication of the media within the outlined scope. 3. Ownership and Scope Restrictions: The submitting party releases copyright ownership of the original media. These rights granted to TAFW constitutes a transfer intellectual property ownership. This hold-harmless provision applies strictly to authorized usage by TAFW and in cases of verified gross negligence or illegal exploitation.
